Training Services

Interim Management of RLFs:
DFTC will ensure specific programmatic compliance with the requirements of loan fund providers. DFTC will deal with all other aspects of the RLF program including intake, underwriting, delinquent loan management and monitoring.

On-Site Review of RLF Portfolio:
Let DFTC prepare you for the next audit by your funding provider. We will review your legal and servicing files for compliance with your program providers. In addition we will provide a written report on the portfolio that outlines the corrective action that needs to be taken.

RLF Procedures and Policy Manual Development:
DFTC can provide the direction needed to prepare an effective Procedures and Policies Manual that will improve the management, monitoring and performance of your RLF portfolio
